Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Agreement By reserving equipment from Jumpin Joy Party Rentals, you agree to abide by all terms listed herein. The rental agreement becomes binding upon payment and confirmation of your order.

2. Payment and Deposits A deposit is required to reserve equipment. Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of delivery. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. In the event of inclement weather, rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

4. Delivery and Setup Delivery, setup, and takedown are included within our standard service area. Equipment will be set up at a safe, level location and inspected for functionality and safety. Delivery outside the standard area may incur additional fees.

5. Equipment Usage Renter is responsible for supervising all activity on and around the rented equipment. Equipment must only be used by individuals within the age, size, and weight limitations stated by Jumpin Joy Party Rentals. No food, drinks, sharp objects, or pets are allowed in or around the inflatables.

6. Safety and Damage Renter agrees to ensure that equipment is not misused and that users follow all posted safety guidelines. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter. In case of equipment failure, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

7. Liability Waiver Jumpin Joy Party Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use of rented equipment. The renter assumes all responsibility for the safety of guests and agrees to hold harmless Jumpin Joy Party Rentals from any claims, injuries, or losses.

8. Weather Policy If the weather is deemed unsafe (rain, high winds, etc.), Jumpin Joy reserves the right to cancel delivery. Customers will be allowed to reschedule at no additional charge, or a refund may be issued if equipment was not delivered.

9. Permits and Venue Requirements It is the responsibility of the renter to obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for equipment setup at parks, schools, or other public venues.
