How far in advance should I book my party rental?

Book as soon as you know your event date. Popular weekends fill up fast in spring and summer, and booking two to four weeks ahead gives you the best shot at the exact bounce house or water slide you want. If your date is close, call us anyway. We can often still help.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. We ask for a 30 percent deposit to reserve your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due before or at delivery, and we go over the full amount with you when you book.

Can I make changes to my reservation after I book?

Yes. You can adjust your rental date or swap items, as long as the new choice is available. Reach out as soon as you know a change is needed so we can update your reservation before your event.

What happens if it rains or the weather turns bad on my event day?

Texas weather can turn quickly, and we do not want your family stuck with a party that cannot happen. If the forecast looks bad, call us before your delivery window and we will turn your payment into a raincheck good for a full year toward any future rental. We would rather see you reschedule for a better day than lose your event to a storm.

How do I place an order for a bounce house or water slide rental?

Choose your rentals and event date online, then complete checkout with your deposit. If you would rather book by phone, call us at 512-825-2525 and we will walk you through it.

When do you arrive to set up my rental?

We typically arrive one to three hours before your rental start time so everything is inflated and ready when your guests arrive. On busy days we may need up to four hours of lead time, and if that is the case, we will call you the Friday before to confirm someone will be home. What surfaces can you set up bounce houses and water slides on?

We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete, and grass is our favorite since it is safest and most comfortable for kids. We cannot set up on loose rock or gravel, since the constant rubbing wears through the vinyl over time.

Does the bounce house or water slide need to stay plugged in the whole time?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit for the entire rental, and once it is unplugged the inflatable starts to deflate. We ask for a standard outlet within 50 feet of the setup spot, or a generator if one is not available, and we bring our own heavy duty cords so a longer cord does not trip your breaker.

What do I need to have ready before delivery?

Clear a path at least four feet wide to your setup area, and make sure the spot is flat with room overhead. Have an outlet within 50 feet for the blower, and for water slide rentals, a garden hose that reaches the setup spot. Our crew handles everything else, from inflating the unit to a full safety check before we leave.

Do you deliver to parks?

We do not deliver to parks at this time. We do cover homes, churches, schools, and private venues throughout Travis and Williamson County.

How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?

A standard bounce house rental runs $125 for one day, $145 for the full weekend with Friday delivery and Monday pickup, and $235 for Saturday only. The weekend option is our best value, since you get three days of play for less than the Saturday only price.

How much does it cost to rent an inflatable water slide?

Most inflatable water slide rentals run $175 for one day, $195 for the full weekend with Monday pickup, and $285 for Saturday only. Like our bounce houses, the weekend rental is the better deal here too.

What does a slip n slide rental cost?

Our slip n slide rentals run $135 for one day, $155 for the full weekend, and $245 for Saturday only. They are a great lower cost option if you want water slide fun without the height of a tower slide.

How much does a wet and dry combo bounce house cost?

Our wet and dry combo bounce houses run $145 for one day, $165 for the full weekend, and $255 for Saturday only. A combo gives you a bounce area and a slide in one unit, which is a nice fit when yard space is tight.

What does it cost to rent backyard games, tables and chairs, or concession machines?

Backyard games like Big Jenga, cornhole, and Giant Connect Four run $10 for the weekend. A 72 inch folding table and chairs package runs $10 each for the weekend, and a kids table with 10 chairs runs $20. Snow cone and cotton candy concession machines run $30 for the weekend.

What payment methods do you accept, and are there hidden fees?

We accept Venmo, credit and debit cards, and cash. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, with no surprise add ons at delivery. For cash payments, we ask that the total be ready before setup and that we verify your name and address at that time.

Do you clean and sanitize your equipment between rentals?

What safety rules apply to your bounce houses and water slides?

Every rental comes with printed safety rules, and our crew reviews the key points with you at setup. Adult supervision is required at all times, riders should be a similar age and size, shoes and sharp objects come off before entering, and the unit should be unplugged and cleared in high wind. Am I responsible if the equipment gets torn or damaged during my rental?

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear, since seams can develop small tears over time in high traffic areas. If that happens, tell us right away so we can take care of it. Damage caused by not following our safety rules, like leaving the blower running in high wind, is treated differently, and you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. That is why we go over every safety rule with you at setup.

Can I see your safety rules and rental contract before my event?

Yes. A link to your contract and safety rules is included in your receipt once you book, and you can also call our office at 512-825-2525 for a copy ahead of time.

What size water slide works best for a small backyard party?

A single lane backyard water slide is usually the best fit for a smaller yard, since it gives you a full water slide experience without needing a huge footprint. Check each listing for its setup dimensions so you know exactly what space to plan for.

Can adults use your water slide rentals?

Many of our water slide rentals are built to handle both kids and adults, which makes them a good choice for mixed age parties. Check the age and weight limit on each listing to be sure the slide you pick fits your group.

Do I need to provide a water hose for my water slide rental?

Yes, you will need a garden hose that reaches from your outdoor spigot to the water slide setup spot. Standard garden hoses work well. Expandable or grow hoses do not provide enough water pressure to keep the slide running properly, so stick with a regular hose.

What is the difference between a water slide and a slip n slide rental?

A water slide has an inflated tower and a raised sliding surface, while a slip n slide is a long, low profile inflatable you run and slide across, usually ending in a splash pool. Slip n slides work well for groups who want fast, repeatable fun, while water slides give more of a classic thrill ride feel.
