Smooth-Surface Design

Traditional water slides use a vinyl liner on the sliding surface. The Big Kahuna eliminates the liner entirely, creating a smoother, faster ride with no seams to slow you down. Riders hit the splash pool at full speed for a clean splashdown.

Dual Racing Lanes for Competition

Two side-by-side lanes let riders race each other to the bottom. Climb up together, launch at the same time, and see who hits the splash pool first. The competitive element keeps guests lining up all day instead of losing interest after a few turns.

Splash Pool Landing

The ride does not end at the bottom of the drop. Riders shoot off the dual racing lanes straight into the splash pool at the base. The extended ride length makes the experience feel twice as long as a standard water slide.

Climb to the Top

Two riders climb the center staircase to the 15-foot summit. You climb up and slide down the same side, making it easy for your adult supervisor to monitor from the ground.

Choose Your Lane

Each rider takes one of two side-by-side racing lanes. The lanes carry you down side-by-side at full speed. The smooth surface means low friction between you and the water.

Race to the Splash Pool

At the bottom of the racing drop, riders shoot into the splash pool at full speed. First one to the bottom takes the bragging rights.

Splashdown Finish

The ride ends in a splash pool with a safety wall that stops your momentum. First one to the splash pool wins the race. Then climb back up and do it again — you have your full rental period.

Space and Access Requirements

This is a large inflatable water slide. You need 34 feet of length and 19 feet of width on flat ground with no low-hanging trees or power lines overhead. A standard backyard gate and a clear path to the setup area are required for our delivery crew to carry the unit. One 110v electrical outlet (12 amp) must be within 100 feet of the setup location.

Water Hose Requirements

You must provide your own traditional garden hose long enough to reach from your water spigot to the slide setup location. Do not use expandable grow hoses — they do not provide adequate water pressure to operate a water slide this size. Jumpin Joy Party Rentals provides tarps to place at the entry and exit areas to minimize muddy conditions around the slide.

Safety Features

The 15ft Big Kahuna includes a safety wall at the end of the splash pool finish that stops riders before they can slide off the edge. All inflatables from Jumpin Joy Party Rentals are state-inspected annually by the Texas Department of Insurance, constructed from lead-free fire-retardant vinyl, and cleaned between every rental.
